Your child must be:
- 5 years old on or by September 1, 2017 to be in Kindergarten for the 2022-2023 school year. Kindergarten roundup for the 2023-2024 school year will take place April 26, 2023. More information can be found on our website.
Attention New Students
This online system contains registration forms required for your child to be enrolled in our schools. In addition to these forms, the following documents are mandatory:
- Certified Birth Certificate (Original required at registration - If a certified copy of the birth certificate cannot be provided, a passport, visa, or other government documentation of the student’s identity may be used accompanied by an affidavit explaining why the birth certificate is not provided.)
- Complete Immunization Record
- Illinois State Board of Education Student Transfer Form (Does not apply to students who are entering Illinois from another state or new Kindergarten students)
- Legal Documents (custody, power of attorney, protection orders, independent student, etc. - if applicable)
- A current copy of IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable)
